A. Register journal entries, expenses, Income and Accruals
B. Review AP invoices that are properly captured by FSS and code to the proper
C. Responsible of capitalizing equipment, machinery & others (CIP Account) on
a monthly basis.
D. Make the bank transfers on a weekly basis to service vendor and checks for
payroll payments requirements.
E. Review daily bank account and register the movements
F. Register the payroll expenses on a weekly basis
G. Update analysis report for weekly expense.
H. B/S Account reconciliation on a monthly basis and a timely manner.
I. Review of movements for month-end closing
J. Create & register Maquila Invoice on a monthly basis
K. Attention to suppliers about the payments.
L. Coordinate FLDP activities on future projects.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in CPA, Business Administration, or similar.
5 years of experience in Accounting department.
Knowledgeable in the Tax compliance (VAT, ISR, Payroll tax)
Must be adaptable and resilient to constant changes in job duties.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Be committed and accountable.
Ability to work under pressure.
Provide a good service to internal/external customers.
