Apps Dev Technical Specialist
Responsible for managing deliverables for several simultaneous, complex projects for the eDelivery development area including SDLC deliverables, risk / issue management and overall execution planning.
Lead one or more development teams.
Provides technical oversight across systems and applications; leverages skills across multiple apps development areas.
Reviews and analyzes proposed technical solutions for projects.
Contributes to formulation of strategies for apps development and other functional areas.
Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of apps development collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals; requires basic industry knowledge.
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
Directly impacts the application development area through accountability for delivery of end results Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.

Bachelor degree or Engineering, Master is a Plus
BS or MS in technology field
Level of higt English
8 - 10 years of relevant job experience
Knowledge of the banking industry required
Ideal candidate would have proven track record of experience and delivery in J2EE technology, Java, Spring, Akka, Scala, Mongo DB, Unix, Linux, Scripting, Oracle, XSLT, Scaml, Ajax,, Rest web services, Angulr JS, Karaf, Websphere, JMS, Shell scripting, excellent work management including experience in delivering complex initiatives.
Candidates have managed complex, customer facing applications, and have an extensive knowledge of software product development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Candidates should have excellent technical knowledge with experience in design and development of large scale applications.
Candidates must have proficiency in building solid working relationships and demonstrate collaborative management practices across client areas (development, operations and business).
Candidates are expected to work effectively in cross-organizational situations and be enthusiastic about building quality software products with world-class people, processes and tools. Must be able to promote teamwork within and across groups.
Strong knowledge of Citi technical processes and Operations business processes is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Process of CTI and CTO and other support organizations in CITI.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible, proactive, and self motivated with a proven ability to drive technical solutions.
Professional maturity in dealing with various levels of management and staff.
