Bilingual Call Center

Description
* Drive a > 95% Average Speed of Answer rate for all incoming phone calls.
* Accomplish quality monitoring metrics
* Provide < 24 hour response and acknowledgement to customers for all inquiries
* Service Request Management – creation, progress, closure, reporting stats
* Dispatching and Assigning of Service Requests and Activities to the Field
* Customer interface for quoting, orders, order status, and invoice resolution
* Ability to manage up to 40 calls per day
* Assist Customer Shared Services with expedite orders
* Adherence to strict quality measures with low defect rates
* Ability to service international customers in after-hours mode
* Manage online and customer self service requests
* Work closely with the Honeywell Technical Assistance team on customer inquiries
* Close out of all actions to ensure all requests have flowed thru the process to invoicing.
* Meet Honeywell behavioural goals and objectives
* Understand customer entitlements and product offerings
* Become an expert in CRM tool Siebel
* Root cause and corrective actions
* Provide support for other areas for holiday and sickness cover
* Exceed on Honeywell behavioural goals and objectives

    Contras: Es unna empresa muy grande que enfrenta retos de su talla y puede hacer más complicada y burocrática la administración de personal. Por lo que su estructura organizacional es compleja.

    Pros: Todo, buenas prestaciones. Salario bueno. Y buen trato laboral. Es muy fácil acender en este trabajo. Bueno. Nada que dejar mal. Se reconocen los esfuerzos individuales.

    Contras: Nada. Todo es agradable. Sólo la falta de transporte o estacionamiento dentro del edificio. Ya que el estacionamiento designado está lejos y hay que llegar temprano para llegar a tiempo al edificio de trabajo.
