Customer Service Agent
León, Guanajuato.

Job description: Responsible for reaching out to customers to offer the best attention and solution for costumers. All agents are the contact between our customers and the company to solve problems and offer the best experience in service.

Job Duties:

  1. Utilize computer to give the best solution to customers.
  2. Answering inquiries and resolving problems.
  3. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. Skills and Qualifications:
  4. Schedule availability
  5. Bachillerato / Highschool certificate
  6. Customer service experience
  7. Bilingual
  8. Data entry skills
  9. Verbal communication and active listening
  10. Interpersonal empathy is a must, tolerance with client, multitasking.

What we offer:
Great Salary up to $15,000 mxn (salary + incomes)
You are paid hourly and you also have the opportunity monthly to move commission levels. Professional growth in 6 months based in your performance, immediate and direct hiring, paid training and transport night shifts.

If you live in another state we have financial aid for residence change.

    Pros: El trabajo no es complicado, el ambiente es bueno y sobre todo no hay exceso de stress, así como el horario que aplica de lunes a viernes más la oportunidad de descansar los puentes

    Contras: El sueldo es demasiado bajo para la jornada laboral, sería satisfactorio que a partir del segundo mes nos puedan dar plantas y mejorar sueldo
