Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Analyzes the manufacture information and implements process improvements to
production costs reduction

Design; improve production process development, to increase the efficiency and
to assure quality.

Conduct manufacturing runs to measure and provide a real analysis capacity.

Analyzes and execute recommendations of new machinery

Offers support in costs savings projects implementation, safety, quality and
improvements in error proofing

Production times improvement, production costs, production cycles and SCRAP

Guarantee the monitoring of production machines daily problems, applying the
problem solution.

Investigating improvements methods to offer required controls, including

Directs problems solution activities such as 8-D and projects of continuous

Attend training courses assigned by Human Resources Department.

Perform activities according to the Quality and Environmental politics
established by the business

Apply the Safety and Environment principles and methodology to prevent

Promotes and applies the continuous improvement.

Writes and updates all standardized work instructions

Responsible of the element: Machine Guarding of MESH

Responsible of the element: Energy Control of MESH

Responsible for leading Continuous Improvement activities in my area of
responsibility through the deployment and utilization of Eaton Business System
policies and processes, such as ELSS. CIF, PRO-Launch, EQS and others as


Mechanic Engineer, Electro mechanic Engineer, Industrial Engineer Degree or
* 2 experience years as Manufacturing Eng.

Desirable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

Desirable knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic

Skills to handle machines & Tools

Supervisor skills (need but not desirable)

    Pros: Excelente empresa, nivel de liderazgo muy bueno siguen debidamente todos sus valores y filosofía. Es una empresa muy incluyente y sus gerentes son muy responsables

    Contras: Trabajar un poco más en el área de producción debido a que les falta un poco más de organización en piso y en el Stock .

    Pros: Hay en la empresa compañeros y superiores que emanan talento.. Siempre te orientan en tus dudas, compañeros amables. Hay oportunidades de crecimiento

    Contras: Se tiene oportunidad de 5S en los baños de producción. Hacer una investigación sobre las horas extras que se da en las áreas de diferentes turnos. Dado que se nota que hay favoritismo. En algunos altos mandos se sospecha de corrupción.

    Consejos para los directivos: Desarrollar lideres y no solo empleados. A los ejecutivos darles un cuarto de meditación.
